Card transactions may require strict authentication (SCA) and may be refused in case of non-compliance with security requirements or technical unavailability of third-party systems. The legal framework applicable to payment services is that provided by Law no. 209/2019.
In case of payment failure, the order can be resumed and the payment method can be changed, within the limits displayed on the platform.
For unauthorized transactions or payment errors, the Buyer is requested to immediately notify www.dozz.eu and/or the payment service provider involved, according to the applicable legal procedures.

www.dozz.eu does not charge additional fees for card payments. Any fees related to the payment instrument (including currency conversion) may be applied by the card issuer, according to the contract between the Buyer and the issuing bank.
All collections are made in RON. In the case of payments made in another currency to the issuer, the conversion is the responsibility of the issuer.
